Cancellation

You cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to post back to your original form of payment. 

Returns

Because our products are custom made, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before purchasing via the CHAT or email at info@kraftygurlz.com. 

Damages and Issues

We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction, so please inspect your orders and contact us within 24 hours if there are any defects. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
