Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production or processing has not begun. Digital downloads cannot be canceled once delivered.

Returns & Refunds

All sales of custom-made products, UVDTF transfers, and digital downloads are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these items, except where required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email admin@kraftygurlz.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund when applicable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing, although your payment provider may take longer.
