What products do you offer?

We offer customized/crafted mugs, glasses, phone cases, journals and so much more. If it can be personalized, I’m sure we can kraft it! We also offer custom order options. 

How do I place an order?
You can place an order for any items on the website. To place a custom/personalized order, send an email to admin@kraftygurlz.com.

Can I track my order?
Order tracking is available. Once the order is shipped, a follow-up email will be sent detailing your tracking information. 

What is your return/exchange policy?
Because items are customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?
You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. 

How do I care for most items on your site?
Our products are not dishwasher or microwave safe. Please hand wash with soap and warm water to ensure long lasting use.
